Salt from the club order is in

AM has recieved the salt that the club ordered. They will have the salt until about this time next week. If it is more convienent for you to get the salt there, go by and get it from them. They will be expecting you to pay them for it. Be prepared to pay $49.20/box. The club bought several boxes. So, if you were not at the meeting and therefore, did not say that you wanted a box or two, there are enough extra boxes for you to have one or two.

Only paid up club members, please.

I will have the boxes that are not picked up at the store by Tuesday the 4th at my house. If you cannot make it to the store or you would rather come to my house, PM or email me and we can work it out.

Oh, yea, the salt is Reef Crystals - 200g box.

The club has bought all of it's boxes. If you pick up a box at AM who will give them the money. I will pick up the salt from AM next Tuesday and I will get the $$$ they have collected for the club.


The salt "remaining at the LFS" was a convience provided by them. The idea was - if it was easier to pick it up at the store that option was available for a week. I will move it to my house so they will not need to be responsible for it for the long term.

Based on the response at the last club meeting, there might not be a long term need to store it. So, don't wait if you are a club member and think you might need some Reef Crystals 200g box.

I should have also said that if you go to AM to get some of the salt, that you need to bring cash or a check made out to ETRC. They do not need to be putting our stuff on their books. NO bank cards or plastic stuff.

Not many people have gone by to get some. I will be getting it next Tuesday. I will have it available, maybe just not as convenient as the store.

The price is $49.20 -- the club makes 3.75 cents on every box. This is not going to be our best fund raising effort. The club will clear $0.75. Of course, it was not intended to be a money making deal - just a money saving deal for club members.

Show your support to the those LFS in our area that support the club, please.

Tuesday is the last day the salt will be at AM. Don't forget to bring cash to purchase the salt!!
