?????????? Salt???????????????

I've used Instant Ocean and Reef Crystals, for at least 20 years.
Never had any problems at all.

I can't truly say what's the best, but there are several articles on salt mixes in the Reefkeeping Magazine.

I have always done the same for the most part. IO and Reef Crystals. I've used a couple of others though when I got free samples. :-)

My opinion is that Instant ocean is probably the large company and least likely to make a mistake and if they did they would probably take responsibility for it. Also some people say that IO doesn't have any buffers in it and that it is low in calcium. My corals currently don't soak up that much calcium and if they did I should be measuring and adding it regardless.

When it comes down to it, I'd probalby use the cheapest one ast long as it is a good brand.

Just my two cents.

ive used quite a few brands and havent noticed any real difference. IO is what i use now. i use to get it from petsmart with there online price match but the last time i went to ECA they had it for $2 cheaper ($34) then you can get it at petsmart
