I have 40-50 gallons of saltwater from an established aquarium that has been sitting outside in shade highest temperature 75 lowest 60 is this water good for anything or should I just toss it? Would I be able to put my live rock which has been sitting outside for a week so it's most likely dead in the water and circulate it to bring life back to rock before setting up reef tank please help if it's no good or any other ideas out there talk to me open to all advice and suggestions sorry if any questions are dumb or non relevant????

Sure, you could put your rock in it and circulate the water to get it ready for your tank. Then toss it, and mix up new water to start your reef.

If it's not been dried out, then there will still be a lot of life in the rock. So you can use it directly. There will still be die-off, but you will still get the life.
