i have a 3" sand bed in my new 75 g tank, it just finished cycling and now i am getting my diatom bloom...... i have 2 damsels in the tank now and i want to add a clean up crew and the such.... i was looking at reefs2go packages their medium cuc and their small refugium package.... but i didnt see any kind of worm or bristal star package do i need the worm and star package to activate my sand bed i know 3" in not deep enough for a dsb but would it do any harm if i added worms and bristal stars?? i also have one 40 lb bag of sand lest which might get the bed close to 4"..... i can also get my hands on 20 lbs of cured live rock would that activate my sand bed thanks for any help...... richie :hmm4:
