Sand cleaners

I'm having some detritus build up on my sand, quite a bit.

Tank isn't over fed, I feed 1-2 times a day every other day. And the fish act like they've never eaten.

Currently only have 2 damsels, a lawnmower blenny, and a mandarin.

I'm wanting to get something to clean my sand,

Are a Yashia Goby w/ Pistol shrimp and another type of sand sifting goby ok together?

Or should I maybe just get a sand sifting star and more clean up crew?

Yea I was thinkin about ordering like 30 of them to see if they do a number on it.

I just added a phosban reactor just to try and help out until I figure out where the phosphates are coming from.

I really think the gobies are cool though and was hoping to get a yashia and pistol shrimp pair, and maybe an orange spot if they will get along ok?

My tank is 120g, from what I have read, a larger system should do ok with 2 gobies. Any truth or am I missunderstanding?

Orange spot gobies are good sand cleaners...

but the best way to keep your sand clean is to not have any in the tank! Barebottom that bad boy and crank up the flow and you will never worry about that sand again. Ha... in all seriousness I know some love their sand so nassarius and goby would be my choice if I had to have sand.

Barebottom?????? Then you could lie on the floor and stare up through the tank bottom and pretend you were on a glassbottomed boat!
