sand help please

Looking to use a ssb in the 180g I'm setting up that will be mostly sps. Would this sand be ok with high flow?

I have that and oolite in my 180. About 1/3 aragonite, 1/3 oolite, and 1/3 special grade.

How is the grain size of this stuff. Is it like crushed coral or smaller?

Smaller but it is like crushed coral in regards to the edges.

I will look to see if I can find in my 180 thread a pictures of the sand types I have.
