Sand Sea Star in WEIRD position

What is wrong with my sand sea star? What can I do? HELP!!

Is like 4 months old, did 40% water change today..

Was there a large change in salinity? Stars are very susceptible to internal tissue damage from improper acclimation. I've usually seen their arms point up in those situations though.

Not really, from 1.022 to 1.023

She's walking again now by the way...

Starfish go in an upward position like that to spawn as well.. most likely trying to fertilize a non-exsistant mate. That or just typical weird behavior.
