Sanitizing Airline Tubing?

Do you have to sanitize the airline tubing/acclimation tools used after every acclimation or letting them dry is enough? Just curious

Where is the water for acclimation coming from? If it's from the main display tank then I don't bother with any sanitizing. I have separate drip lines and the like for main tank and quarentine tanks. All the work we do with quarentine I don't risk cross contamination. But if necessary rinsing out with tap water and letting air dry at least 24 hours should be safe enough
