I would suspect the nautilus would eventually find and eat the frogfish. Though the frogfish could eat the nautilus if it were small enough.
Keeping a nautilus is REALLY hard. They need really cold temperatures, and preferably a tall tank to create various depth and pressure. They are naturally deep water creatures and only come up to eat at night. They aren't very active in captivity and they are short lived.
The nautilus will probably die first (probably far sooner than expected, as they are not usually collected with the care that they need) so, the angler will live longer in the 70 if he's feed well.
