Will the Satellite + fixture work for a 56 gal reef tank?

A bunch might, but you would be better off getting a full spectrum 3 watt led unit such as a RB value fixture, photon or, AI hydra or something similar.
I have 4 of the satellite+ units, and while they are very nice light fixtures(the controller is really cool) and they will grow low light freshwater plants they are not very powerful.
