what and how often do you guys feed your scoly?

feed mine twice a week. once is PE mysis and the second time I do fauna marine lps pellets. i do the same for my bowerbanki and acans

how do you feed them pellets? do the pellets flow away?

I feed pellets once a week and shrimp once a week so they get fed 2 days a week. When I feed I shut off my return and all circulation pumps for about 15mins. This gives them time to eat. I also have to keep an eye on my fish cause they peck at the food to try and get it. So during this time I feed the fish also.
