Scratches in tank

I was scrubbing the glass on my reef tank and accidently scratched the glass! Is their a way to remove these scratches without having to empty out the tank to fill them in?

You'll have to drain the tank down to the scratch level in order to polish it out. If it's too deep you won't even be able to polish it.
