Scratches or worse?

I got this guy about 3 weeks ago and he looked like he fad some scratches on him. He eats great and acts normal. I never see him scratching on anything but hes not looking any better. I think he does have a lymph on the tip of his fin as you can see. Do these look like scratches or something else? Everyone else is doing great. I attatched a close up as well.

When I got him he went right in the rocks and hid for a while. When he came out he looked like he scratched himself on the rocks so I didn't really worry. He was from an online vendor. He is eating great and acts fine but I thought scratches would heal by now. You can see what I think is a lymph on his fin that showed up yesterday.

Nope this is the right spot. Sure looks like abrasions to me. It may have just wedged itself too hard into the rocks. If it is, time should heal it.

He acts just fine and eats like a pig. Does the thing on his fin look like a lymph to anyone else? He has one on each fin and so does my blue jaw trigger.
