Scratching

So I have noticed occasional scratching. Meaning I only notice a couple times a week at most. I've had all the fish doing the scratching for 6+ months in the DT with no additions since then. Each fish went through tank transfer method and a double dose of prazi. The yellow wrasse has been seen flashing, the solar fairy wrasse, the gramma maybe once and today a anthias gave a couple lances at the overflow. I feed frozen and all accept very excitedly. I havnt noticed much on the body, maybe some blotches of lighter color but not long term.

I think at worst I have fluke or similar problem somehow. What are your thoughts on leaving the issue be. Fish removal is not an option unless its life or death. I'm asking because I have a new fish order coming for QT.

with blotches of lighter color, it could be the beginning stages of brook or uronema. I would take them out and give them a Formalin bath for 50 mins to see how that does.

Well considering I've noticed this for many weeks and the patches come and go I think I will rule out brook for sure. Since they would most likely be showing deathly symptoms. I just don't know if I should does the dt with prazi for the possible flukes. The symptoms really correspond with some articles from this site on flukes. I have two wrasse I'm worried about with prazi. Plus bacteria bloom and die off of worms causing ammonia. I would have to restart the tank essentially to catch all the fish amd the yellow wrasse probably would be injured trying. I could try a fw dip but I would only be able to catch the clowns which havnt showed symptoms at all. So I'm in a tuff spot.
