SCWD is vibrating every few minutes

So I did a tank transfer, nothing happened to the SCWD but now every few minutes it's vibrating like crazy.

It's the 3/4" version so I guess it doesnt come apart? I tried sticking a skewer in the holes to see if something was Lodged in there, truthfully I can't tell. But one side does seem up/closed and one side seems open?

Anyone have any ideas on How to fix it?

Drop the whole unit in vinegar for an hour to dissolve any calcium build up. Rinse and reinstall.
