are you using the bio balls? i took mine out and i'm using live rock instead..... the quality looks pretty good on it though. i got the 75 and it's gonna be cycling for a while as i just got it, but i can't wait to set it up.

135 lbs. LR About 85lbs. of LS.
Orbit 4 x 96 pc setup. HOB Remora. Chiller.
It's nice, I just needed a bigger tank. I like fish to swim around.
Return Rio 2100 "Plus" it's been a good pump for me. They like to use a 1700.
Tank runs warm with 3 pumps and the light on. So a chiller was needed.
