I purchased a sea hair to clean up some hair algae patches I have been trying to get rid of for a while. It has made short work of the job and cleaned almost all of it out in 4 days. How long should I hold onto it once it finishes the job? I want to be sure it gets it all but I don't want it to starve to death. I believe I know the root cause of my algae issues and I don't think it will come back once completely eaten.
