I know Tony at SwampBottom had some small ones. I am headed up there today so I will let you know.

Tony doesn't have any at the moment, but he said that if you want just let him know and he can get. If there are several people who want, he could even possilbly give a deal.

I have one that will be going to TA soon (hopefully thursday if he still wants it) to see if it will work on his dictyota algae. It did a wonderful job on my tank and the hair algae in there.

Once Tony is done with it, I'd like it back if it is too big for Robins tank..... that stuff in my tank is back with a vengance !

I think that this sea hare started out in Amy's tank.....I never had him, although I think our 55 could use him right now

Hmm, well balanced tannk in no need of water changes?

Ranier, this is in my 10 gallon, not my 37 reef.

The 10 gallon has always had swings of algal blooms. unfortunately this one has lasted a while longer and the caluerpa has not taken off agaion(yet) so the sea Hare I believe mowed down teh alga, but because I went away for 3 weeks on vacation, the poop fueled the algae to grow back.

It happens, plus with the summer heat, the tank hangs around 85 degrees or so........ PERFECT for Hair to proliferate.

That makes a lot of sense - I am jealous to know that you had 3 weeks vacation and hope you had a great time!

I am going through a minor bloom myself ever since I replaced the RO/DI filters - my meter now show 20+ and before it was at Zero. I checked the seating and it is good.

Oh well, Maybe I need a SeaHare myself (though I'm gonna get a bunch of hermits whenever I get a chance to got to Union or Eddie's)

Keep on mowing,
