You probably cannot buy them locally, seeing as they come from florida collectors as wild caught specimens. Unless you happen to find a breeder of dwarves, you would need to order WC from an online collector via phone or other contact.
CB is the way to go with dwarves to avoid parasites and sudden death syndrome.
