We get our eggs from PetSmart and hatch them a couple of times a week for our tanks, using a hatchery from Aquaticeco. Been doing it for quite some time now. The trick is to feed them to the tank when they are freshly hatched. If you wait too long they will use all the good nutrients to grow themselves (versus passing it along to our livestock). As long as they still have an orangish look to them then they should still have their egg pouches. Once they are full grown they are the equivalent to a potato chip (unless you soak them in selcon or something similar).
