Seahorse Tank Question

I have a 38G tank that I want to set up for seahorses. What would be the best type of lighting to put on the tank that would be best for the seahorses and what would be a safe number of them to keep in a tank this size?

You could keep four horses in a tank that size provided you had adaquete biological and mechanical filtration.

Enough light for you to see the seahorses is fine. They do not have any lighting requirements other then the need to see there food.
