Seaweed with antimalarial properties?

Has anyone else read this? I was searching the mechanism of how Chloroquine affects malaria and came across this...

My recollection is that Malaria will evolve to be resistant to Chloroquine. See, for example, this article. Similar articles are available through Google Scholar.

Thanks Steve. I was trying to apply this in my mind say, for instance, for herbivorous fish who eat said seaweed, could it be possible the anti-fungal properties to be passed on... Interesting nonetheless.
