What is Selcon? Why, when and how might it be used?
Are there different manufacturers?
I have heard it mentioned in several posts and am curious.

It's a liquid vitamin supplement. You soak food in it.

I've got a bottle of Selco from brineshrimpdirect and a bottle of Selcon from American Marine...they look identical except the Selco bottle looks thicker. I think they are the same thing with the AM version maybe being a little watered down. Selco comes from:
