Selling everything

Hello everyone, Unfortunately my business has taken a radical turn for the worse and I need to sell my house and move back into the apartment life most likely in another city or state therefore as much as it pains me I have to temporarily give up the hobby and liquidate just about everything I own. I know I could probably get more for this stuff if I were to sell it on e-bay or the news paper, but I would rather know that this is all getting a good home where it will be appreciated.

250 gallon Custom Reef Tank Solid Oak Stand and Canopy built in overflow black background.
2 x 250 halide
2 Actinic VHO
4 Moon lights
60 gal sump / refugium (this part still needs lighting.)
1k gallon rated skimmer
300 + lbs of aqua-cultured live rock
Chiller
Auto top-off ROI unit
Loaded with coral and fish.
Colony of over 21 large pink ricordia mixed with true blue Zoos
3 large frogspawn colonyââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s total of 8 live heads.
Xenia growing throughout the tank.
Over 8ââ"šÂ¬Ã‚ 6 head hammer colony
8 head Torch
Hundreds of multi-colored zooââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s
Blue tang
3 Clownfish (2 mated)
2 six line wrasse that donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t fight
Large rose bulb anemone
There is far to much to list and some things I donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t even remember the names for anymore. I will get images posted as soon as possible.

I have well over 25k into this tank and still a 6k debt on all the new equipment tank, stand ROI topoff and canopy are less than 2 months old, lighting is between 2 and 4. I am asking 8k to pay off my debt and help get me started with this transition; however, due to the nature of my need to sell this off I will entertain any reasonable offer. I will attempt to get pictures up for viewing soon. In the meantime if you have any questions feel free to call and if youââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢re passing through the Rita Ranch area your welcome to stop by and check it out.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. I hope you can place the whole tank but if not I would love some live rock, and probably zooanthids, as well as the chiller depending on the size.

It sounds beatiful, I only wish I had the space for such a tank. If you do part out, I would be interested in some of the equipment and corals. Hope things turn around for ya.
Cheers:beer:

Another business person sorry to see another have such troubles. Had I just not spent my fortune on my tank 8 months ago I would have been a "live" one. As it is, I will put myself on the part-out list for the Ricordias and zoos
