OK guys and gals,
I have been working on this set up for a long time now. It is pretty much done, and I have started a new business, and just can't keep up with everything.
Here is what I have:
1. 300 Gallon Tenecor Acrylic tank - has a middle overflow with 4 holes 2 1" drains and 2 3/4" returns with line locs at the top. The tank is 10' x 2' x 2'. Bulkheads are all included. The stand is a custom made stand that I built. It is very sturdy, and there are 5 doors across the front, and 1 door on each end. The stand isn't perfect, but it is very functional and sturdy. Almost everything to run the tank fits in the stand which was important to me.
This tank alone built on Tenecor's site is over $4000 last I checked. I bought it used at Emperor's Ocean before Jason Closed up.
2. The sumps consist of two 50 Gallon tanks that are drilled and plumbed together. Baffles are custom made, and work very well. One tank is a sump with a skimmer that all fits underneath the tank in the stand. The other tank has baffles as well that make the refugium work. Both tanks have pretty large returns exactly the same size, and are plumbed together, so they are constantly the same level of water in each.
3. The skimmer is a large custom made skimmer with a sedra 9000 pump feeding it. I have an ozone also that runs right into the skimmer. All work very well, and you can see it in action in person anytime.
4. The return pump is a GenX18000, and moves the water very well. Assisting the GenX in water movement are 4 Maxi Jet 1200 with the Sure Flow mods and Suregrip Magnets.
5. There is $1000 in sand in the tank that has been in there since I started running it so is probably pretty good and alive. There is some live rock included with the tank, but not much. The tank has been up and cycling for a few months, but I never really got around to getting enough live rock yet.
There is more I am forgetting, and will list when I remember. I am going to include a couple of pics during the build, but the tank has come a long way since then, but give you an idea what the tank and stand look like. The tank is currently running with all plumbing and everything done. All is included, so you can set it up and run it once set up at your house.
I have added up my cost in this tank, and it is almost $4300 in cost on my own.
I am asking $3000 OBO. Call 505-401-5089 or email at corkurz@hotmail.com
