I'd say 2 820s would be good. That'd give you around 27x turnover in the tank. If you have a sump and some of the flow is from your return, you might get by with 1 820. I had heard of them having restart problems from time to time, so I opted for the 820 over the 620 because it had a bigger motor. I haven't had any problems with mine.

In my 65 gallon i have a 620 on the end of my tank my sump return shares. On the other end I have an 1100. My tanks size is close to yours. I have them in the corners point across the tank at the front glass to get some good indirect reflected flow. The flow seems to be fairly random.
As far as the restart problem the 620 does give me issues every once and awhile. As I have had it longer now it seems to be doing much better than when i first got it.
