Setting up a 180 cube.. Please give advice :)

I am setting up a 180 gallon cube 48"x48"x17"(deep) with a center overflow with 2 returns and 2 drains. Here is what I have as far as my equipment goes:

Lighting:
48" Tek 6x54w T5
48" Coralife Aqualight Pro 2x150Hqi and 2x96W PC's

Powerheads:
2 x Koralia 4
2x Koralia Evo 1050GPH

Sump/Refugium
40g breeder sump
30g Refugium

Skimmer/s:
Asm G3 Sedra 5000 pump
(I also have a Kent Nautilus Skimmer I can team with it if necessary?)

Heating:
2x 200w submersible

Return Pump:
Mag 7 (I realize it is going to be pretty weak)
I also have a Mag 5 I can run with a Mag 7 if that is a better plan?

electrical question: If I run all this stuff to 2 separate 110 outlets with surge protectors would that be fine? or should I look into getting some electrical work done?

awesome note i just bought a almost identical set up as u except my sump is the other way around 40 fuge and 30 sump and a 8 bulb t5 fixture has mag 7 too. wait did u get yours from a sw store in st louis
