Setting up and plumbing my new tank need help.

Im trying to set up and plumb new new tank. Thing is this set up has alot more bells and whistles than my little 37 gal and im not quite sure how to set it up. I could really use some help if anyone has some time. Obivously im really anxious to get this thing going. I would really appreciate it!

yeah that was the tank when we were breaking it down... It doesnt quite look like that anymore. lol I think i got it figured out what i want to do and how to do it. Thanks Bobby and Pete for coming by and giving me some great advice.

I think we about got it plumbing this thing has been a nightmare im definately going to be posting pictures soon. The odd shape and really small door has made things very hard. Also since the guy i got it from had already drilled holes for drains which arent really large enough to do much we had to get really creative. Also i feel as though I kept Lowes and Home depots plumbing dept in business this month with all the parts i bought. lol. But i think we about go it figured out should be up and going "very" soon.
