Seven Year Review - MP40W

I wish to thank EcoTech for a great product! I was one of the first to purchase two MP40Ws in early October, 2007. Both units are still running strong and have been for seven straight years! Early on, I only replaced the magnets on the wet sides. Both original dry sides are continuing to run flawlessly. Two years ago, I purchased a replacement dry side motor because the original motor seemed to be developing a noise. Wrong. It was operator error. I still have the new dry side in the box, never used. At this rate, I may never have to put the new dry side into service!
I know with your products, the old adage is true.......You get what you pay for! I consider the seemingly high price for these units to be the best money I have ever invested in my reef tank.

Agreed! I'm very happy with our MP10ES. Bearings are broken in nicely and the pump is very quiet. Love the features and the small real estate it takes up in our Fusion 40!
