Severely Bleached Frogspawn

I purchased a Frogspawn for cheap that's severely bleached, as you can see in the attached picture. Right now it's at the bottom of my 30"H tank, with screens over the 3 250W MHs. I assume that since it is so bleached it will need to be fed, but what should I feed it? What are my chances of restoring it to health, and how long can I expect this to take? Will it need to be shielded from the light until the colour returns? Also, as far as I can tell, the polyps have yet to expand further than in the picture. Is this normal seeing as it's only been in the tank for two days? Thanks for the help.

Its a little better then when its actually closed up. BUT a lot of the tissue looks receded... u can tell by looking around the skeletal part where the tissue start to develop, at this point its up there. Chances are good that it will fully recover, just give it time.

My frogspwan and hammer love light.

I think it will recover, My torch was not bleached but I could see more skeleton. Feed it if it takes it.
