Sharing a tip.

I bought some plastic grass (for aquariums) thinking it would look like a grass bed tank; fail :sad2:! So I put it in my sump and now copepods and amphipods populate it like crazy!!! About once a week I give the fake grass a quick shake in my display tank. 50 or so pods per harvest, per week in a 46g. $5 investment...not bad! It's a lot easier than harventing pods from chaeto. Just thought i'd share my $.02

nice thanks for the tip! I don't like having to shake chaeto and have small bits of it floating around the tank

You're welcome!!! I'll work on getting some pics of it. I have chaeto too, and it seems almost like the pods prefer the fake grass over the chaeto, or I'm just blind HAHAHA
