Shark Help!!!

Just curious what these white dots are on the shark because ive read that sharks dont get ich, and ive also read that they shouldnt be treated in coppper base medications, so i was just curious what kind of parasite these could be and if it is indeed ich? or what i should do to treat this?

I have kept sharks for over 7 years now and to be honest, it almost looks like he has a bunch of sand on him.

Sharks get Amyloodinium And cryptocaryon irritans. They are probably less likely to succumb from it. Have you tried a scraping? Sometimes the sugar sand we use can do this. If you have or have access to chloroquine and have known ich in the tank, I would use it.
