shaving brush

Hello,
Has anyone had a sps tank with shaving brush in the sand bed?
I would like to keep, is there anything special in doing so?
I would like to keep tangs also, I imagine they will eat shaving brush?
Any feedback is appreciated.

This algae needs a steady calcium level of around 400. Most tangs probably won't eat shaving brush algae because of it's calcium composition. I'm not sure what kind of nutrient / lighting levels this algae likes. I am going to check out some of these threads I dug up out of curiosity.
