Shipping Acknowledgements

Not upset of anything and I do recall this being brought up a while back but just wanted you to be aware if you weren't already that still not getting shipping confirmations.

I have order twice this month ( Latest arrived Friday ). Both shipments arrived within a couple of days but the "not knowing" if shipped or on backorder is an annoyance.....

Sorry you didn't get the numbers. Please email me your email address and i'll make sure it's correct in our computer. Missy emails all the tracking numbers, only exception would be dropship from factory items. So either she is typing it wrong or we have the wrong email in the computer.

I get the order confimation minutes after placing the order so I assume you must have the correct email address.....
 
Hi David,

Those emails are auto replies from the online program, it captures your email when you place the order, so the one we have on file could be old or incorrect.
 
I recently placed an order too and never got the tracking information....I even emailed the tracking@premiumaquatics address and I never heard back...Finally I called and got the information....good luck..
