Shooting under actinics

I have a Kodak Z712is that has only presets for white balance. Is it possible to take a pic under actinic lighting with such a camera?

No matter which preset I select, the image comes out intensely blue and washed out.

In my experience, the only way to accurately "develop" an actinic shot is with post processing. For best results, shoot raw and handle the white balance on your PC. The camera's built-in white balance settings covers a range of traditional lighting, but actinic is way outside of that.
