SHORT 6.5" or 7" or 8" OD acrylic tube needed.

Hiya guys...

My skimmer is almost done, but I am in need of about 10" of acrylic tubing for the collection cup (my original plans kinda changed).

I can't find it anyplace in less then 6' lengths and certainly don't need to spend $300 for 10" on the collection cup.

Anybody have anything 6.5" in diamter or over?

Adam, I may need a scrap or 3 to make the cup base lid and flanges... I am fresh out of scraps (used what i had left in the oven today trying to form my skimmer neck)

I have a piece of 8" OD x 1/8" wall extruded. I think it is tall enough for a collection cup. Give me a call or send me an e-mail. I will go measure it now.

Yeah that would be cool.... Let me know how much for that and a few scraps large enough to make the end caps and flanges for it.

There's also a guy on ebay that sells smaller pieces of extruded tube much cheaper than I could get stuff locally. He's usually got a bunch of auctions going, just search for acrylic tube.

He only has 6" I did however get a 4" and 5" from hime (skimmer neck and baffle chamber).
