Should I be concerned?

I just picked up a small juvenile clownfish from my lfs. I did not notice at the store but when I got him home and started acclimating him I noticed some teeny tiny lil white spots on the clear part of his top fin. He looks like he might have gotten beat up as his swimmer fins are damaged. The LFS has had him for at least 2 weeks :-s I do not have a QT tank for him and am concerned if its ich or something that my blenny will get it and that ill loose all the progress ive made in my tank which is a 12g aquapod. He isnt breathing hard at all and seems pretty content acclimating to my water. But I really wanted some opinions before I added him to my system.

ps i do have some corals in the system as well as hermit crabs and a sally light foot along with the bicolor blenny.

DO NOT ADD THIS FISH TO YOUR MAIN TANK! Make a QT tank; you can use a 10 gal rubbermaid tub from Kmart if you have to. If the clown is wild stock the probability is it has either Ich or Brooklynella. You do not want either in your main tank. Your best bet is to give it Formalin baths since this is the only medication that will treat both Ich and Brook. Google the net for Formalin ms or Formalin 3 and it will give you all the info you need. You can also visit the FishVet web site and it will also give you tons of info.l http://www.fishvet.com/ specifically look at the diagnostic charts. If I were you I would take the fish right back to the store and get my money back.

Im thinking about taking him back too im sad becuase I really like this lil guy but I dont want to risk my tank :-s....
