Should I frag this stylo?

I recently moved to a larger tank, and like an idiot, I compensated higher lighting needs for a larger tank by just cranking up my reefbreeders a bit. I THINK these tips are now bleached. I'm also noticing recession as circled in one of the pictures below.

I now moved this frag to the bottom of the tank, and have turned the reefbreeders down to 80% blue 20% white (was at like 100% blue 60% white), as well as added a 48" t5 retrofit with 1xATI coral plus and 1xATI blue plus. This is in a 75 gallon tank.

With this amount of damage, should I just consider fragging and hoping for the best or just keep it on the bottom of the tank with all parameters in check. Note that there is still full polyp extension in the bleached areas.

At the same time, I'm wondering if there is any possibility that this coral was brown due to less than ideal lighting before the move (only move it to the higher lighting about 2 weeks ago) and no this is actually the browning going away.
