Should I worry?

This area was covered in mushrooms but not it looks like this yellow sponge is taking over. Should I worry, all my levels are stable, all other coral is looking good. Thanks

Yellow is a cool color to have on rock work. My vote is to leave it alone unless it crosses into territory of expensive corals.

If it starts to overgrow corals you like just brush it away with a tooth brush, otherwise let it be.
