IÃ"šÃ‚´m thinking in add 2 x 400W XM 10K in my 160G reef , but before I would like to see some pictures.

Show me your reef with XM 10K 400W

XM10K 250 watts with actinics.

I'm only using 2X175 XM 10,000K's with 4X65 pc actinics that really don't do much and I'll probably switch my actinic out for 2X95 VHO's.

I'd post a full tank but the only ones I have are a caulerpa farm! :lol: I've removed it and am on top of the caulerpa but I haven't taken pics since except a few close up's.

That is with 2 250W SE XM 10K's in Lumenarc III reflectors with Hellolights Pro Seris M58 Ballasts.

I Have 3 140W VHO's, 2 Actinic, 1 Daylight 50/50.

I would never run these bulbs without Actinic, too dull.
Growth with these bulbs has been amazing, corals are loving them.

I wonder why JBNY and MIKE NY's tanks look bluer.

Could it be from the pics or maybe the ballasts.

Are you using just actinics or super actinics? Also maybe he has move vho bulbs than you are running.

I didnt know there were two different Actinics.

I run 140W 60" URi Super Actinics.

2 Super Actinics and 1 Actinic White.
