My two favorite passions are Home Theaters (I just completed a 1200 sf HT with a 12 foot screen tiered seating and 6 other TVs that took two years to build) and Reef Tanks.
I spend a ton of time on two forums: AVS and of course this one. They are both very similar in terms of very knowledgeable people who are more than willing to help.
HOWEVER: the one thing they have there that I would LOVE to see here is a SHOW ME thread tacked to the top (please see link).

It is a fantastic reference point for anyone who wants more info on a subject...as an example...
If I wanted to see how someone did their Electronics Rack I would open the "Show me you Rack" thread (lets keep it clean folks!)...go through all the pics I could see other designs I liked and click on their link to see their build thread....
The only way I see great designs in different areas here is if I read hundreds of pages and only if someone bumps it to the first few pages and I catch it that day...
I WOULD LIKE TO PROPOSE SOMETHING SIMIAR HERE....
Please start by posting your Tank in finished form here...any shapes or sizes for large tanks.... If we can get this going maybe we can get the mods to have a tacked SHOW ME thread with stuff like...
Stands and canopies
Fish Room
Lighting
Rock Structure
Before and After
Plumbing.... etc, etc.....
so please post your finished tank pick in this thread and let see where this goes!
