Here's some of mine:

Gold -- this isn't the best picture but this ric is a metallic gold-like color:

Tricolor -- a horrible picture of my favorite ricordea (I haven't been able to get a good pic of it due to it's location behind a bigger ric):

Mine is a very, VERY slow grower. It has only grown about 10% over the ~6 months I've had it. It did recently grow a second mouth so hopefully it'll start picking up speed a little.

The golden one is pretty slow as well. They both eat like pigs, but don't grow lol

Do you feed them? I find they grow much faster if fed.

Yes, I am an avid feeder of my corals, especially my ricordeas since I plan to propagate the heck out of the ones I have for trading later on. I feed them a minimum of once a week with either a mixture of mysis shrimp, cyclopeeze and selcon, or with flake and pellet foods.

That ric eats its fill and even has the prime spot in the tank for light. Some individual rics just grow slower than others.
