I just picked up a superman monti danae from coralreeffarm.com today, really didn't think it was going to be all that cause I had only seen it online, but its definately a beautiful, colorful coral. Reds bright, blues bright, definately not what I expected it to be. Really nice size for a really good price. Dave and Jeff (owners) definately two of the nicest guys, really knowledgable. Wanted to see if anyone had pictures of there supermans and if they are as proud to own one as I am. I have seen some pictures of some frags, but wanted to see if anyone has any big pieces - I hear the growth rate on these montis are pretty fast.

SHOW THEM PICTURES!

P.S. Going to take some pics of mine tomorrow when they lights are on.

Wow beautiful Dr, is that some yellow polyps towards the middle? Superman trying to be rainbow? Lol, very nice.

Here is a shot of mine. If you are able to search there are a couple of threads in this forum that have a lot of pictures of different SM corals.

really beautiful. I have search, but can only find pictures of small pieces, I had quite a big "frag" but wanted to see how they look when they are about 6"+ or bigger.

You have any Superman PUGroyale? If so, please post it.

Sorry no, not my thing really monti's. Just trying to point you to a fairly recent large thread. HTH ;)

I was put a search for it and nothing, just people fighting over whats a true monti.

Anyone else got more pics of there superman monti's? Don't be shy :)

Just got this cutting in a private local frag swap last week. I am a complete newbie when it comes to the care and placement of this species so if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd very much appreciate it.

No just some of the worst color matching photography that can be done. Mine is a 4th generation frag from the original. There is a thread on here about the genealogy of the superman's.
