Shrimp gone awol

Added some snails and cleaner shrimp. The shrimp seems to of gone awol, haven't seen it since it was added, is this normal? or should i start pulling out some of the live rock to see if it's survived the transition into my tank?

id give it another day what kind is it...some shrimp hid so well youll think they are dead.
