Cleaned my Gen 1 eShopps S-120 the other day. Since then, even with the output closed all the way, the water level is low in the skimmer body. So, I'm thinking the pump (Sicce SE-200) is going bad.
Last time this happened (years ago) I got a replacement pump (Sicce SE-200) that PA recommended and is rated at 357 gph. The question I have is, does anyone know the difference between the Sicce SE-200 and the Sicce SK-200? Both are needle/pin wheel pumps and rated at 357 gph. The reason I ask, PA is the only place I can find the SE-200 and it's $73.00. I've found the SK-200 at multiple places for around $50. Both pumps look to be the same and, if I could save $23 that would be great. I just want to make sure the SK-200 will fit in the body of my skimmer. I've reached out to Sicce but, haven't heard back yet.
