Anyone have any experience with sicce voyager or know anyone running them? Just got a tank started after a 5 year break looking for some good power heads for a 60 gal cube sps dominate.

Is 2 800gph over kill on a 60gal with heavy sps?

Bambam is correct. I run 2 of the Voyager 3's in my 125. I started out FOWLR, but Bambam has "experimented" with different corals and what not in my tank to see what survives. Monti cap, Birdnest, Xenia, BTAs, and Star polyps seem to like the flow. Now, I have been thinking about upgrading to the Voyager 4s. They run quiet, are consistent, and reliable. Overall a great buy. Definitely a mid-range powerhead that is of good quality.

two 800gph in a 60g is far from over kill. way back when i had a 60 i ran 2 1050's and a 1400 plus the sicce 4.0 for the return

No I don't. I just have them connected to my Apex. I have them running constantly.
