Today I went out and bout a yellow tang that is ~2.5-3 inches and put him in the tank with my two clowns that are ~1 inch each. The clowns were happy as ever swimming all over the tank until I put the tang in. As soon as I put the tang in the tank they have sat up in the top cornor and have not swam away from that spot. I watched the tank for a good hour and a half and the tang did not pose any threat to the clowns and is just swimming back and forth across the tank. Is this normal behavior and they will soon become familiar with the tang or should I remove the tang?
In the process of checking out the clowns I noticed that one seemed like he had a bubble over his eye or his eye was bubbled up. It cannot be noticed unless the fish is looked at from the top. From the side it looks perfectly normal. I am not sure if the clown came that way from the petstore and I just now noticed or if something is wrong. Can anyone tell me what this might be?
Thanks.
