My clown, after being beaten up some time by the female, starts to show some cotton like material on the back fins.

I wanna just to confirm if this is fungus and what the best way to treat it.

if it is white and cottony it's some sort of fungal infection. you could try kanaplex with the binder. if the fish is eating it's prob your best bet.
