How can i treat them without hurting coral?

Getting the fish out for QT is not an option.

The fish are all eating.Just covered in Ick.

Two choices; neither is easy. Remove all fish ( preferred) and treat in a QT or remove all coral & other inverts and use hypo in the DT. There is no "reef safe'' cure for ich that works. There simply isn't anything known that will kill ich and not kill inverts or fish. Your question is one of the most common on this section of the RC forum; unfortunately, many folks look for an easier way and lose a lot of fish while finding out that there isn't one. If you get rid of the ich and QT all new livestock; you'll never have to go through this again.

I feel sorry for the owner of this reef.Its a friend of a friends tank in a brand new 8 million dollar home.Its dimentions are just retarted for a reef.Id just like to give this woman some good advice.
