Your picture is pretty blurry. If the trigger has small white spots that look like salt grains then it's probably crypto. It doesn't look bacterial, and cloudy eye is almost always due to poor water quality or a secondary infection from an injury or crypto infection. The cloudy eye will go away on its own when the eye heals or your water improves. I can't really tell what's on the trigger from the picture. Maybe others will have a better idea.

Really hard to tell from that pic. Like h2so4hurts said, if the trigger has small white dots all over his body then it's probably Crypto or Velvet. The best treatment for those two ailments would be a copper based product, such as Cupramine or Coppersafe.

However, if it looks more like white splotches (almost like his skin is peeling off) and not tiny dots, I would suspect Brook. Best treatment for that is a Formaldehyde based product, such as Formalin-MS. Quick Cure also works in a pinch and is usually more widely available (Petco, Petsmart, even Walmart).

Yea could be nitrates. Keep doing water changes, not too fast though. Get them down. Usually nitrates correlates with high phosphates, high bacterial counts, crappy water quality, and increased likelyhood of disease.
